Introduction | Gallery Label This is a self portrait created using photographic and digital processes by artist Alison Lapper. Created in 1999 the portrait shows Lapper as a winged figure against a night sky. This image was purchased by Brighton Museum in 2001. It is on display in the Body Gallery, Brighton Museum & Art Gallery.
