A black, wooden bird mask with a stylised, elongated beak. A strip of aluminium runs down the centre of the beak. The mask was created by a Dan maker in Cote D'Ivoire during the twentieth century and purchased by Brighton Museum in 1994.

This item is on display in the James Green Gallery of World Art, Brighton Museum & Art Gallery.
