Why join?
Membership of the Friends gives you the opportunity to explore the rich and diverse collections of Brighton's fascinating museums and historic houses.

Marvel at the exotic Regency splendour of the Royal Pavilion; step back in time to Edwardian days at Preston Manor. Discover dinosaur bones, butterflies, British birds and much more at the Booth Museum of Natural History. Enjoy the exciting new galleries created as part of the £10 million redevelopment of Brighton Museum & Art Gallery.

As a Friend, you can also get involved with the day-to-day work of the museums, from staffing the Friends' publicity desk at special events to accompanying outings and assisting at seminars. Friends also benefit from exclusive access to the Link Room in Brighton Museum, where you can meet other Friends and enjoy light refreshments in a welcoming and relaxed environment.

Friends' subscriptions and donations provide important finance to support the work of the museums, in mounting exhibitions, purchasing new exhibits and conserving existing artefacts.
