Brighton History Centre's collection of ephemera reflects our city's lively
cultural heritage and history. They are are a useful means of exploring themes
such as wartime, entertainment and politics in a local context.

Items of particular interest include:
- A set of scrapbooks featuring a military hospital during World War One
- Cinema, theatre, dance hall and nightclub programmes from the 1900s onwards
- Memorabilia celebrating significant national and local events such as coronations,
jubilees, the 1951 Festival of Britain, and Brighton carnivals.
- Posters for Brighton elections and political rallies
- Bus, tram and train tickets and timetables
